• Data Integration forms part of the Client Services team responsible for implementing solutions to onboard counterparties on a proprietary software, at the same time delivering technical application support to clients globally 24x6. • Work with technical onboarding of new clients onto the proprietary MarginSphere software application. • Work closely in implementation of additional services for existing clients. • Configuration of Business Rules Engine (BRE) for ETL. • Resolution of escalated support issue. • Ensure that the highest levels of service are delivered to AcadiaSoft clients. • Provide telephone and email-based customer support.
• 1 to 3 years experience in technical support or integration role with direct customer interaction is an advantage. • Eager to learn, capable of understanding concepts and applying them to novel scenarios. • Excellent technical troubleshooting/critical thinking skills. • Experience managing multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously. • Must have an understanding of basic web services APIs (request/response, etc.). • Must be familiar with XML and/or JSON structures. • Ability to use/understand SQL queries. • Must be familiar with Source control (Git, etc.). • Must be familiar with Issue tracking (Jira, etc.). • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Experience or training in direct customer-facing role. • Ability to effectively handle competing priorities in a fluid environment. • Exposure to financial markets, particularly the collateral/derivatives and risk management space is a bonus.
