📋 Description

• At Xentral, we’re transforming how businesses use data — from analytics to automation. To strengthen our capabilities, we’re looking for a Software Engineer who thrives in a cross-functional environment and wants to build scalable services, extend existing infrastructure, and help shape our AI platform. • This role combines hands-on development, architectural thinking, and long-term impact: from building services in Golang and integrating with our PHP-based core, to driving the development of our internal AI platform in Python.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering or data engineering • You bring a strong background in Golang and Python - and you’re excited about building scalable services in both • You’re interested in infrastructure and architecture topics beyond writing code • You enjoy working at the intersection of backend systems and data — from services to pipelines to AI tools • You’re proactive, take ownership of your work, and bring a drive to push things forward • You’re fluent in English; German is a plus
