•At Xentral ERP, we're striving to become Europe's next software champion and we’re looking for someone who can help us get there. As a Partner Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead the full partner acquisition process: from identifying high-potential agencies and partners to closing strategic deals. You’ll build strong relationships, represent Xentral at events, and work closely with teams across the business to onboard and grow our partner network.
•You bring 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS, an ERP agency, or a fast-paced e-commerce environment. •You have a strong track record of initiating and closing strategic deals that drive significant revenue impact. •You are skilled in deal structuring, value-based selling, and contract negotiation with new partners. •You excel at building relationships and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. •You manage pipelines confidently, forecast accurately, and track KPIs to drive performance. •You are proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) and approach work with a growth mindset, data focus, and strong execution skills.
