📋 Description

• Implement IT-related processes and identify, own, and improve inefficiencies • Maintain essential IT operations and SaaS applications • Perform application upgrades, remediate OS vulnerabilities, and manage assets • Provide internal IT and application support • Troubleshoot outages, retrieve and evaluate logs, and perform root cause analysis • Manage time effectively and continuously improve infrastructure • Provide self-service functionality so users can restore access quickly • Build robust, future-proof infrastructure that scales with the company • Support software and hardware topics as the go-to person for the work environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in the implementation of IT Infrastructure and Administration or related experience • High-growth operations or startup experience desirable • Experience with ABM & MDM solutions to automate on/offboarding • Logical problem-solving and excellent troubleshooting skills • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills • Knowledge or familiarity with Atlassian Stack, including JIRA and Confluence • Knowledge of SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Lever, Slack, Personio, and Zoom • Familiarity with identity providers including Okta, OneLogin, or Google IAM • Scripting/coding knowledge in Python and Terminal/PowerShell • Fluent English • Basic German skills ideally
