📋 Description

• Establish and lead a company-wide QA function that ensures the quality and reliability of our data-driven products. • Design and manage QA processes across the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation through development, launch, and customer support. • Lead a small QA team (1–2 testers) and be directly responsible for building the quality strategy, implementing best practices, and integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of QA operations. • Ensure testing practices and tools support the needs of high-volume, data-centric applications. • Build and maintain automated test frameworks and define test plans and success criteria. • Implement AI-driven solutions to improve QA productivity, test case coverage, and defect detection. • Establish and monitor QA metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with best practices in QA methodology, data privacy, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling QA processes in a SaaS or software product company. • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools. • Experience testing high-volume, structured data environments (e.g., SQL-based platforms). • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and CI/CD. • Ability to define quality metrics and drive decisions based on data and insights. • A proactive mindset with a desire to innovate and continuously improve QA strategy and function. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams. • 5+ years of experience in software QA with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role. • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress). • Familiarity with SQL and testing in data-heavy applications. • Exposure to AI/ML solutions in QA or a demonstrated interest in learning them. • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced product organizations. • A track record of building scalable and efficient QA processes from the ground up.
