📋 Description

• Participate in a 6-week intensive Software Engineering Academy focused on Backend Development, Frontend Development, and Quality Engineering • Training program designed to prepare participants for projects in these areas. • Successful participants will work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico after completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology-related fields • 1 year of experience in software development, IT support, service desk, call center technical support, or customer service roles • Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level) • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Experience with Java • Experience with JavaScript • Knowledge of software development fundamentals • Experience or exposure to manual or automated testing • Full-time availability • Candidates must not be actively employed at the time of joining the academy • Proactive attitude • Self-learning mindset • Commitment and accountability • Strong communication skills • Team player
