• Set and communicate Workforce Division strategy, goals, and operating cadence. • Own the master workforce dashboard covering capacity, tier composition, bench rate, and revenue contribution. • Chair a weekly cross-functional workforce review with Services, Sales, and HR leads. • Partner with Sales to validate workforce capacity before deals close and to inform pitch materials. • Approve all tier reclassifications and PIP initiations. • Report workforce health metrics to executive leadership monthly. • Identify workforce gaps and drive proactive hiring or development plans to close them. • Establish quality standards for VMA service delivery across all tiers.
• 3-5 years of experience in workforce strategy. • Experience managing distributed teams in healthcare support environments. • Strong track record of using capacity, utilization, and revenue metrics to guide workforce decisions. • Hands-on experience with a workforce dashboard or workforce planning platform, along with workforce planning cadences and KPI review rhythms. • Knowledge of compliance in workforce planning across global teams. • Experience leading cross-functional work with Sales, HR, and service delivery teams. • Able to travel quarterly for work-related needs, including travel to Iloilo for collaboration or immersion when required.
