📋 Description

• Provide process consulting and design end-to-end (E2E) processes in the automotive industry, particularly in production and logistics • Lead workshops with client business units across different group brands to elicit requirements and align business decisions • Analyze and evaluate requirements from client business units • Share responsibility for designing the business/domain architecture • Ensure cross-system consistency and completeness of business processes as well as domain and enterprise architectures • Implement measures for quality assurance • Drive strategic development and take responsibility for structural and process improvement initiatives within the project team • Share responsibility for scoping work, preparing specifications, and project planning

🎯 Requirements

• Experience capturing, structuring, analyzing and visualizing current and future business situations and IT requirements of clients • Solid knowledge in designing business and technical solutions • Knowledge of industry innovations, optimization potentials, and business processes in the automotive industry • Professional application of methods and relevant tools, such as business process modeling and optimization, requirements elicitation and management, data modeling, and solution design • At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Architect, Business Analyst, or IT Consultant • Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working • Strong communication skills and pronounced analytical thinking • German language skills at least C1 level and English language skills at least B2 level
