📋 Description

• Processing customer emails via a ticketing system • Maintenance and follow-up of existing customers • Telephone support • Management of customer records

🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker • Basic PC skills • Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, internet, laptop or PC, noise-cancelling headset) • Motivation and a strong work ethic • Reliable high-speed internet connection
