• Telephone outreach to company owners and decision-makers in the B2B sector • Follow-up with companies that have already received a message from us • Active cold acquisition of new customers by phone • Conduct needs analyses and consultative sales conversations • Present our services in video meetings • Prepare and track proposals • Close B2B contracts • Maintain and document activities in the CRM system
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience • Experience in telephone-based new customer acquisition • Confident and professional manner when dealing with company owners and decision-makers • High self-motivation and strong closing ability • Independent and structured working style • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Own fully equipped home office workspace with a Microsoft device • Technical requirements: own laptop or PC (Windows operating system) • Stable internet connection • Professional headset • Quiet workspace • Proficient with email, CRM and communication tools • Advantageous: experience in B2B sales • Experience in SaaS, services, insurance, telecommunications or agency sales • Experience with CRM systems • Experience working with company owners and entrepreneurs
• Compensation (retainer + uncapped commission) • Monthly freelancer retainer: €750 to €1,250 • Uncapped commission • Up to €900 commission per closed deal possible • Realistic total compensation of €2,500 to €6,000 per month • Top performers can earn significantly more • 100% home office • Work from anywhere in Turkey • No on-site attendance required • No field appointments • Digital sales processes • Flexible working model with a high degree of autonomy • Additional benefits
