📋 Description

• Telephone outreach to CEOs and decision-makers in the B2B sector • Follow-up with companies that have already received an introductory message from us • Active cold-calling to acquire new customers by phone • Conducting needs analyses and advisory conversations • Presenting our services in video meetings • Preparing and following up on proposals • Closing B2B contracts • Maintaining and documenting activities in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience • Experience in telephone-based new customer acquisition • Confident and professional manner when speaking with CEOs and decision-makers • High self-motivation and strong closing skills • Independent and structured working style • Excellent written and spoken German • Own fully equipped home office workstation with a Microsoft device • Technical requirements: own laptop or PC (Windows operating system) • Stable internet connection • Professional headset • Quiet workspace • Confident use of email, CRM and communication tools
