📋 Description

• Assess the technical complexity of parts and components to support accurate sourcing and manufacturing evaluations • Review technical requirements, drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify manufacturing considerations • Identify suitable manufacturing capabilities and providers for complex parts and projects • Assign and maintain technical tags for accurate categorization of parts and manufacturing requirements • Review technical content within quotations for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements • Identify technical issues or gaps and work with relevant teams to resolve them • Support complex projects and critical deals with technical input and manufacturing expertise • Participate in meetings with clients and manufacturing providers to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges • Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ensure alignment between customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and sourcing solutions • Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, sales, and internal teams on project execution • Share technical knowledge and best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes • Provide technical guidance and knowledge to junior team members when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Higher technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment involving complex products, parts, or components • Understanding of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, part specifications, and component complexity • Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, sourcing teams, engineering teams, or technical procurement is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • B1-B2 level English proficiency • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve technical challenges • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across engineering, sourcing, sales, and operations teams • Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail
