📋 Description
• Use your expertise to develop and implement the applicable sourcing strategy • Aid production in troubleshooting order execution to ensure customer success • Interface directly with 3D printing shops, internal staff members, management, and customers • Work on special projects related to expanding capabilities of manufacturing partner network
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, technical or related field preferred • 5+ years in engineering and manufacturing environment in 3D printing, preferably at a multi-technology 3D printing shop • Knowledge of optimum 3D printing technology and material selections • Experience working with suppliers, OEM equipment providers, and customers • Knowledge of GD&T and inspection/QA practices of the USA is a plus • Experience with 3D printing software (Materialise Magics, Rhino - Rhinoceros 3D) is necessary • Experience with general 3D CAD modeling software is a plus (SolidWorks preferred) • Ability to identify design for manufacturing (DFM) issues based on 3D models and drawings • Exceptional communication English skills
