📋 Description

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for features and enhancements within your Product Area • Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, usable design solutions • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research throughout discovery, design, and delivery • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from the Design Lead and partners • Ensure designs align with Xometry’s design system, accessibility standards, and usability best practices • Support engineering handoff by providing clear specifications and design documentation • Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and changing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products • A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design • Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers in agile product teams • Solid skills in Figma and modern design systems and workflows • Ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback • Comfort working within defined product direction and constraints.
