• Drive the development process. • Create guidelines for writing, modifying, and debugging software for external software contributors. • Establish software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance. • Documents and analyzes test results and make recommendations to improve overall quality. • Create, record, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses. • Ensure that project documentation is created and is maintained • Understand the team's needs and voice concerns for budget improvements and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a related field. • 2+ years experience leading and developing applications for mobile/ web. • Exceptional integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness. • Acts and thinks like an owner/entrepreneur. • Self Motivated. • And driven to seek mentorship. • Ability to work inter-departmentally to devise strategies with key stakeholders in mind. • Ability to work in both team environments and as an individual contributor. • High level of business maturity.
