• Be the bridge between business and tech • Gather and analyse business requirements with stakeholders • Design workflows, payment processes, and system specifications • Work closely with engineers, testers, and product teams to deliver solutions • Keep clear documentation of systems and integrations • Support UAT with test cases and issue resolution
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar) • Experienced in requirements gathering, system design, and process optimisation in financial services • Knowledge in Card payments & acquiring (payment gateways) or Banking systems (SEPA, SWIFT, account management, regulations) • Skilled in SQL, UML, BPMN, JIRA/Confluence (or similar) • Understand Agile/Scrum and the full SDLC • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented • Strong communicator and team player • Holds a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related • Experience in FinTech (must have) • Payments or banking - nice to have
