📋 Description
• Work independently with minimal supervision • Take ownership of discovery and analysis activities • Drive requirements capture and validation directly with business stakeholders • Produce high-quality analytical artefacts suitable for immediate consumption by development teams • Support delivery velocity without creating additional mentoring overhead for existing squad members
🎯 Requirements
• 4-8 years of experience • Extensive experience as a Senior Data Analyst within complex enterprise data environments • Strong knowledge of the Insights Platform • Proven ability to independently facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews • Deep technical understanding of enterprise data models, data lineage, and data architecture concepts • Ability to quickly understand business processes and map source-to-target data flows • Advanced SQL capability • Experience supporting developers and testers through requirements clarification and data validation activities • Strong stakeholder management skills
