• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new IBs, Affiliates, and partners • Coordinate with Compliance teams to review and finalize onboarding documentation, agreements, and due diligence requirements • Configure and maintain CPA, rebate, and revenue share structures within CRM systems • Ensure all partner setups are aligned with commercial agreements and internal compliance procedures • Liaise with Finance, Sales, Compliance, and Operations departments to ensure smooth operational workflows • Monitor partnership operational activities and resolve onboarding, payment, or commission-related issues in a timely manner • Maintain accurate CRM records and partner databases • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency • Support internal reporting and operational tracking related to partnerships and affiliates • Ensure adherence to AML/CFT and KYC requirements during onboarding and operational processes
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Partnership Operations, Affiliate Management, Compliance Operations, or similar roles • Experience within financial services, fintech, forex, or investment industries is highly preferred • Strong understanding of CRM systems and operational workflows • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
