📋 Description
• Track ticket status in Jira, flag blockers and outdated items; • Maintain dependency notes and follow up on open action items; • Help coordinate cross-functional launches by monitoring readiness across teams; • Prepare agendas and materials ahead of recurring meetings; • Write meeting summaries and distribute action items; • Draft weekly status updates for stakeholder channels; • Keep Confluence pages current — process docs, decision logs, launch notes; • Structure notes from syncs into reusable documentation; • Conduct ad-hoc research (competitors, market, user flows); • Synthesize feedback into structured input for product prioritization; • Collect and structure feedback from team syncs and stakeholder discussions; • Identify recurring themes and prepare input for product backlog and prioritization; • Help track delivery metrics and flag friction points across the product workflow.
