📋 Description

• Own the technical direction of the LiveOps Monetization platform • Guide engineers across backend and frontend stacks • Make architectural decisions • Ensure our systems scale to the demands of real-time operations • Lead design and development of scalable LiveOps services and dashboards • Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive engineering best practices • Work closely with Product and Design to deliver complex LiveOps workflows • Oversee performance, observability, and reliability improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software engineering, including leadership responsibilities. • Strong backend experience and solid understanding of frontend architecture. • Proven experience designing scalable microservices and APIs. • Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL). • Experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and monitoring. • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making skills. • NodeJS experience (highly desirable for internal service integrations). • Background in gaming, fintech, or high-load platforms. • Experience with real-time or data-heavy dashboards.
