📋 Description

• Join the Customer Care team supporting post-onboarding processes for new and existing clients. • Design and develop backend microservices and user interfaces from solution design through production deployment. • Focus primarily on Java backend development, with meaningful contribution to Angular frontend development. • Develop multiple products and a broad range of functionalities in a Scrum environment. • Build and maintain high-performance, highly available, and scalable systems processing massive data volumes with minimal latency. • Develop AI-based solutions, internal microservices, external-tool integrations, Chat AI, AML and anti-fraud systems, and the Customer Database. • Collaborate with other XTB departments and an experienced team toward shared goals and KPIs. • Contribute to continuous improvement, optimization, and innovative technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in building Java-based microservices — hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and evolving microservices, with an understanding of scalability and performance challenges. • Commercial experience with the Angular framework and solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS. • Ability to deliver according to requirements — translating business analysis into concrete technical solutions while ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. • Ownership and proactivity — taking responsibility for assigned tasks, identifying risks, and proposing solutions to ensure successful project delivery. • Commitment to code quality — adhering to the highest engineering standards, focusing on clean, testable code and alignment with best practices and system architecture. • Active contribution to project development — engaging in continuous improvement and optimization, proposing innovative solutions, and collaborating closely with the team toward shared goals. • Experience in effective communication and collaboration with an experienced team — comfortable working with professionals with strong expertise, building productive working relationships, and aligning on goals and decisions within a mature team environment. • Nice to have: experience integrating frontend and backend using gRPC. • Nice to have: experience with micro-frontend architecture and monorepos such as NX. • Nice to have: experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ) and PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis. • Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes/Rancher. • Nice to have: experience with Salesforce. • Nice to have: experience with design systems and Figma mockups. • Nice to have: practical knowledge of accessibility topics (a11y/WCAG). • Nice to have: ability to design and maintain E2E tests using Playwright or Cypress.
