📋 Description

• Lead the Conversion Check team • Take end-to-end ownership of post-registration client verification and onboarding journeys • Shape the product by defining its future vision and selecting KPIs aligned with area and company goals • Validate product decisions through client research and monitor customer satisfaction • Translate product vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team • Coordinate with legal, risk, marketing, and technical stakeholders to support successful product launches • Partner with the Engineering Team Lead • Use metrics, numbers, and facts to justify product decisions • Work with backend, mobile, Salesforce, AI/Data engineering teams, and operational KYC specialists • Scale automation, reduce friction, and leverage AI to build a fast, compliant verification experience

🎯 Requirements

• Proven product management experience leading onboarding or KYC products within a regulated environment • Solid understanding of AML directives and the EU AI Act to guide compliant product decisions, with an awareness of how KYC regulations vary across jurisdictions • Strong data analysis skills and an analytical mindset toward product building, specifically using funnel metrics to identify drop-offs, pinpoint manual verification steps ripe for automation, and prioritize optimizations • Openness to and practical experience in using AI-based tools in a Product Manager's daily work • Familiarity with emerging technology trends, SaaS, and mobile/web application design • Experience defining business requirements, creating Product Requirements Documentation (PRD), and driving execution alongside engineering and design • High level of autonomy and a self-starter attitude • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional, agile teams • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
