📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate technical activities across all project phases, ensuring proper documentation and execution • Analyze system performance and drive optimization using FlexNet tools and best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across head-end systems and network components • Monitor system health, investigate network failures, and improve meter read performance • Recommend and implement system improvements, including over-the-air upgrades and hardware enhancements • Collaborate closely with customers, project managers, and SMEs to support successful deployments • Act as a technical liaison to internal teams, including Sales, providing system insights and reports • Maintain and execute preventive maintenance plans (daily, weekly, monthly) • Analyze backend data flows to diagnose and resolve deployment issues • Support system upgrades and ensure smooth operational transitions • Contribute to system design improvements and ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards • Provide technical guidance during testing phases and participate in system review sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 2–3 years of experience in software development, systems support, or applications engineering • Working knowledge of SQL (intermediate level) • Basic experience with Linux systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
