• Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with the Environmental subdivision goals and objectives • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define product roadmap and prioritize features • Manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch • Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product improvements • Develop and implement product marketing plans and campaigns • Create product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate value to target audience • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product success in the market • Plan and execute successful product launches, including coordinating with various teams and stakeholders • Monitor and measure product performance and make adjustments as needed • Gather customer feedback and incorporate it into future product iterations • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders • Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders and find solutions to meet their needs. • Lead and manage the Product Management and Marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support. • Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. • Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years experience. • Knowledge of the product lines of YSI is a plus. • Experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts is an advantage • Proficiency in product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Aha!) • Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and SEM campaigns. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively. • A strategic thinker with a test and learn approach to marketing efforts and process improvements. • Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals. Balance competing priorities and adapt as needed. • End-to-end Project Management: Lead improvement projects from initiation to completion. Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of measurable results.
