📋 Description

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair industrial control panels and electrical control systems • Perform wiring, unwiring, component replacement, and field modifications on electrical and controls equipment • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues using sound troubleshooting practices • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system testing on customer equipment • Commission equipment and verify proper system operation following installation or repairs • Support PLC-based control systems by identifying faults and assisting with startup activities • Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and parts usage within company systems • Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to customers and internal teams • Promote and maintain a safe work environment while adhering to all company and customer safety requirements • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians as needed • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service and technical expertise

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 5–7+ years of technical field service experience supporting industrial or commercial electrical and control systems • Strong experience with wiring, unwiring, troubleshooting, and servicing industrial control panels • Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment • Basic PLC controls knowledge and troubleshooting experience • Water and wastewater industry experience preferred but not required • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work independently at customer sites • Experience using Microsoft Office and smart devices for reporting and documentation • Ability to identify and mitigate potential safety concerns • Ability to obtain required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.) if needed • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and DOT physical • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
