📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-driven features that solve real payment problems at scale. • Own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives: from evaluating models and prototyping solutions to deploying and monitoring them in production. • Work across technical and business teams to identify opportunities where AI can create value. • Navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape and make strategic technology decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development. • Strong understanding of AI strategy: when to use RAG vs fine-tuning vs few-shot learning and how to select models. • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). • Experience with prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and managing model outputs. • Understanding of AI-specific challenges: evaluation metrics, monitoring, hallucination mitigation. • Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to diverse audiences. • Fluency in English. • Proficiency in Go (major advantage for our tech stack). • Experience in the fintech or payment industry. • Knowledge of data pipelines and Postgres. • Experience with model fine-tuning or training. • Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings. • Fluency in Spanish.
