• Conducts inspections and field assessments to evaluate structure and property damage for clients. • Reviews and synthesizes relevant information to prepare damage estimates, scopes and project reports. • Manages field work on large, multi-consultants’ projects. • Performs analysis of invoices, budgets, schedules, and reports on behalf of the clients. • Operates on behalf of clients to monitor and manage timelines, expenses, and other factors critical to operational efficiency and cost management during all phases of construction. • Communicates and corresponds regularly with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, and insureds. • Leads regular client meetings and supports business development initiatives. • Provides technical oversight and support and management to more junior consultants. • Maintains job files, documentation, and other relevant deliverables. • Manages and oversees clients’ interactions, supporting and mentoring junior consultants. • Provides quality control reviews of junior consultant work product prior to submission to the client.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 7-10 years of relevant construction, restoration, project management or insurance experience • Advanced Xactimate experience required • WRT, FSRT, HAAG or other appropriate industry certificates or certifications • Ability to travel required
