• Own and maintain core reporting tables and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all business functions. • Collaborate with department heads and the VP of Analytics & AI to identify business needs, define metrics, and standardize reporting practices. • Oversee dashboards and reporting outlines, delegating updates and visualization tasks to the Jr. Analyst while ensuring quality and consistency. • Design and optimize data pipelines within the existing SQL data lake, preparing for migration to Microsoft Fabric. • Support the development of ML/AI data readiness, ensuring ETL pipelines and datasets are structured for advanced analytics. • Lead data governance initiatives by defining table naming conventions, key business metrics, and data documentation for organization-wide use. • Mentor and coach the Jr. Analyst on reporting techniques, data literacy, and technical best practices. • Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence. • Strong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis. • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; familiarity with R, DAX, or Power Query a plus. • Experience with ETL development and data pipeline automation. • Background in DTC (direct-to-consumer) analytics preferred, with demonstrated understanding of metrics such as acquisition, retention, and LTV. • Proven ability to work independently with high autonomy and minimal supervision. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate data into meaningful business insights. • Experience in mentoring or leading junior analysts is preferred. • Bonus points if you love yarn, crafts, or the maker movement—but curiosity and respect for our community is the most important.
