📋 Description

• Design and execute digital assets, including web designs, email campaigns, social media graphics, Meta ads, and promotional materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with business goals and maintain brand consistency. • Create mood boards, shot lists, and visual concepts for upcoming projects and campaigns. • Stay informed on industry trends to keep our creative output innovative and relevant. • Support photo/video production efforts as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with expertise in digital design and exposure to print design/production in consumer products. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required. • Plan, coordinate, and execute photo shoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction. • Able to create gifs; basic video editing preferred. • Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and balance. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. • An agile self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who thrives in an ever-changing work environment and values feedback and continuous improvement. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to a variety of audiences. • Experience or interest in the craft industry a plus. • We ask that all candidates showcase a diverse portfolio with high-quality digital designs.
