📋 Description

• Ensure customer retention and success • Actively drive portfolio expansion by conducting strategic meetings (EBRs - Executive Business Reviews) • Systematically generate qualified opportunities (CSQLs) for the sales team to close

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CSM (Customer Success Manager) • Proven ability to discuss strategy, ROI, and business metrics with decision-makers • Hands-on experience generating qualified leads/opportunities (CSQLs) • Strong knowledge of customer journey concepts, onboarding, risk management, and health score • Ability to analyze customer data to prepare EBRs that deliver value
