📋 Description

• Monitor risk indicators (drop in usage, complaints, low conversion) and anticipate potential cancellations • Reach out to at-risk customers to understand their reasons and offer personalized solutions • Create action plans to retain and reactivate accounts with low engagement • Conduct difficult conversations empathetically and strategically, focusing on customer retention • Map and analyze the main reasons for churn, producing reports with improvement recommendations • Work closely with product, support, and sales teams • Propose adjustments to processes and workflows based on the behavior of at-risk customers • Support re-engagement and cross-sell campaigns, when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retention, support, or Customer Success (CS) • Familiarity with CRM systems • Strong ability to analyze metrics such as churn and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) • Experience in negotiation and cancellation reversal is a plus • Familiarity with real estate industry processes is a plus • Technical vocational training or technical diploma
