📋 Description

• Work directly with clients, providing multichannel Help Desk support, • Ensure excellent, empathetic, and technically proficient service to users of our platform. • Receive and resolve first-level requests; • Responsible for correctly routing requests to other teams when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer support (Service Desk, Help Desk, or Support); • Experience with CRM systems (RD Station or similar); • Experience opening and managing tickets in support systems; • Previous experience with ClickUp is a plus; • Experience providing technical support to customers to resolve issues related to platform usage; • Proven ability to handle situations requiring logical reasoning and investigative thinking; • Ability to prepare and update reports; • Familiarity with multichannel support; • Strong technological aptitude; • Technical support experience in the real estate market is a plus.
