• Responsible for managing payroll processes in Brazil and the USA • Organize, create, and maintain reports to provide insights and ensure compliance • Support the creation, review, and documentation of HR policies • Oversee time tracking and PTO management • Implement compensation structures in Brazil and the USA • Analyze employee movements and lead salary surveys
• Experience in leadership roles and managing teams • Strong knowledge of Payroll (Brazil) and benefits administration • Ability to work independently and proactively • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview) • Solid understanding of compensation practices and salary structures
