âą Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, related fields, or equivalent practical experience âą Professional experience in software engineering with Kotlin (or Java) with Spring or Spring-Boot âą Experience in architecture and development of distributed systems âą Proficiency with technologies such as AWS, DataDog, PostgreSQL âą Strong knowledge of design patterns and system design âą Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively âą Experience in writing automated tests for backend services (unit, integration and E2E) âą DevOps knowledge, automation with Terraform and GitOps âą Nice to Have: Experience in developing projects from scratch, including architecture definition and documentation âą Nice to Have: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for backend using GitHub Actions and AWS âą Nice to Have: Advanced/Fluent English âą Nice to Have: Python applied to AI âą Nice to Have: Knowledge of AI things like agent development and MCP protocol
