📋 Description

• Maintain, optimize, administer, and continuously improve global HR technology solutions and people platforms • Support configuration, operation, security administration, and compliance of HR systems and related procedures • Gather system administration requirements and support implementations and communications • Partner with People Leadership and system administrators to manage people operations and reflect business processes • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex operational and system challenges • Identify process gaps and operational risks and implement sustainable solutions • Lead quality assurance, release readiness, testing, and validation of system changes • Translate evolving business needs into system and process improvements • Develop reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making • Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification through implementation and adoption • Guide change management, communication, training, and knowledge-sharing activities • Advise stakeholders using data, business context, and operational expertise • Monitor industry trends and emerging capabilities to identify innovation opportunities • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, security, and data privacy requirements • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned HR technology solutions and participate in relevant communities, forums, and projects

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented professional • Ability to work in complex and evolving environments and with ambiguity • Ability to build relationships across functions and drive continuous improvement • Combined business and technology knowledge • Solid understanding of HR cloud solutions • Preferred experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and ServiceNow HRSD • Ability to understand complex datasets and connect information from multiple sources • Ability to communicate with technical and business audiences at all organizational levels • Experience leading projects and initiatives, defining requirements, managing stakeholders, and driving execution through delivery • Fluency in English • Previous operational support experience with HR platforms is a plus • SAP SuccessFactors module certification is a plus • Understanding of IT, XML, integration concepts, tools, and configuration items is a plus
