📋 Description

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutions • Lead projects and provide ongoing support for the direct and indirect procurement value chain • Lead migration, enhancement, and integration projects for procurement platforms within the SAP ECC and S/4HANA ecosystem • Act as the link between Procurement, Technology, external consulting firms, and Key Users (KUs) • Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of SRM solutions, including Mercado Eletrônico and SAP Ariba • Cover Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Buying/Invoicing (P2P), and Guided Buying processes • Guide the procurement organization in incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement • Lead integrations between satellite systems and SAP using REST APIs, PI/PO, and IDocs • Collaborate on requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation • Participate in ECC → S/4HANA migration projects related to P2P and SRM integrations • Lead KUs in functional and integration testing, support UAT, and ensure delivery quality • Monitor the performance, availability, and security of integrations and interfaces • Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, integrations, and configurations • Lead technical governance forums and ensure deliverables from contracted suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing SRM solutions, such as SAP Ariba, Mercado Eletrônico, or an equivalent system such as Coupa • Proven experience with the SAP ECC and S/4HANA ecosystems, particularly Procurement/Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay processes • Technical knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware (PI/PO, CPI) • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Advanced or fluent English • Knowledge of Supplier Master Data Governance (MDG) • SAP certifications are a plus • Experience working in Shared Services environments or Procurement Centers of Excellence (CoEs) at multinational companies is a plus
