📋 Description

• The Senior Resource Allocation Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support for the organization's resource allocation (Fixed Costs and CAPEX) • Act as a Business Partner to the areas/teams, promoting improved governance, mapping and management of financial risks, and optimizing and simplifying processes • Support area managers and the finance team as a Business Partner through consistent and accurate analyses and reports, structured guidance, and generation of proactive insights aimed at maximizing value and minimizing risks • Responsible for ongoing governance of cost centers and projects, ensuring that information accurately reflects reality and complies with established controls • Responsible for delivering monthly financial close and forecast outputs on time, with accuracy, quality and depth of analysis • Lead the preparation of the annual budget (Business Plan), ensuring critical review of assumptions, guiding teams with insights and ensuring the quality and reliability of the exercise • Responsible for maintaining, improving and training users on the area's tools, providing training and continuous support to users during Forecast, Business Plan and ad‑hoc analyses • Actively participate in the preparation of business cases and other financial analyses, ensuring detailed cost‑benefit analysis and contributing to decision‑making that maximizes value and minimizes risk • Ensure reconciliation of the area's data across different sources and reports, ensuring data consistency and governance • Identify and implement improvement opportunities focused on optimizing and simplifying processes • Serve as a point of reference within the team for support and problem resolution, working collaboratively with coordinators and Finance leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Collaborative spirit, proactivity, curiosity, sense of ownership and respect for differences • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields • Postgraduate degree/specialization in Business Administration, Projects and/or Controllership and Finance will be considered a plus • Experience as an analyst in Controllership, Accounting, Financial Planning or Reporting • Advanced English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with SAP, Power BI, Adaptive Planning and/or Primavera Oracle (YPPM) will be considered a plus • Analytical skills to work with databases and highly complex information • Clear communication skills adaptable to different organizational levels • Knowledge of finance, financial modeling (discounted cash flow, financial performance indicators) and basic understanding of accounting standards (IFRS) • Availability to travel.
