📋 Description

• Improve how Yazio works through AI-powered automations and company-wide operational initiatives • Drive operational projects from idea through planning, stakeholder management, delivery and post-project reviews • Identify inefficient workflows and redesign them using AI, automation and smarter processes • Build and implement automation solutions that reduce manual work • Collaborate with teams across Yazio to roll out operational improvements and ensure lasting adoption • Own company-wide operational topics including hardware, software licenses, tool access, subscriptions, insurance and workplace resources • Ensure compliance with internal processes, vendor documentation, data privacy and legal requirements • Identify and mitigate operational risks • Develop scalable processes and operational infrastructure supporting Yazio's growth

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in Business Operations, Project Management or a similar operational role, ideally in a technology company, startup or scale-up • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously • Hands-on experience improving business processes through AI and automation • Proven track record of delivering solutions that reduce manual work • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable using AI assistants in daily workflow • Curiosity about legal, compliance, data protection and operational topics • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt • University degree in Business Management, Operations Management or a related field • Fluency in English • German is a plus • Excellent written communication skills • Legally eligible to work in the country where planning to work from • CV in English
