📋 Description

• Analyze business processes • Develop tailored solutions • Serve as the primary point of contact for project development and implementation • Maintain close relationships with clients and stakeholders • Elicit and document detailed requirements and acceptance criteria • Conduct discovery workshops to identify needs • Create training materials and provide customer training

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience • Proven experience in FSM and/or CSM • Enjoy documenting complex topics clearly and working in a solution-oriented manner • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Project management skills to coordinate schedules • Experience with FSM solutions from major vendors • Ideally, certifications within the ServiceNow ecosystem • Experience with methodologies such as Scrum or ITIL is a plus • Excellent German and English language skills • Willingness to travel depending on the project (up to approx. 50%)
