📋 Description

• Lead, mentor and scale our international partnership team of 4+ people • Design and own our global partnership marketing strategy, from influencer activations and creator-led campaigns to affiliate collaborations and brand deals • Ensure partnerships drive measurable performance, reflected in ROAS and bookings—with a clear link to business growth • Champion AI-driven workflows and automation to scale the team and increase efficiency • Define partnership conditions as well as negotiate and execute deals • Directly interact with decision-makers for our targeted partners • Further develop and manage existing partnerships • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance, CRM, Product, Brand & Finance to integrate partnerships into the broader growth engine • Continuously track market trends and discover scalable growth opportunities in emerging partnership models • Oversee budget planning, campaign forecasting and impact reporting • Act as the technical point of contact for partner tracking stack

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience: 3+ years of leading high-performing teams, ideally in influencer settings • Deep knowledge of influencer and partner ecosystem, including creator, affiliate and brand collaborations • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPI’s (CPM, ROAS, CAC) and campaign analysis • Tech & AI savvy mindset: confident using tools and building scalable, automated processes with AI and current martech solutions (e.g., for outreach, analytics, optimization) • Excellent communication & negotiation skills: the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills • Performance-focused, analytical and always thinking scale over manual work • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Interest in fitness and nutrition is a plus
