• Drive the expansion of the UK market through influencer marketing, building a strong brand presence from the ground up • Own end-to-end influencer partnerships: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, briefing and relationship management • Identify and engage new partners, and evaluate brand fit based on content, audience and KPIs • Analyze campaign performance, derive insights and continuously optimize partnerships • Develop and scale processes for the partnerships function, including automation and workflow improvements • Conceptualize and execute creative, high-impact influencer campaigns • Represent the brand at influencer events, industry gatherings and conferences • Manage external agencies and oversee operational topics (contracts, invoicing, documentation) • Focus mainly on influencer partnerships, with occasional involvement in B2B/brand collaborations
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with strong knowledge of and experience in the UK market • Strong communicator with the ability to build authentic relationships and create trust • Growth mindset: curious, ambitious and constantly looking to improve • Entrepreneurial, hands-on and impact-driven with a strong sense of ownership • Team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments • Excellent networking skills and a natural talent for connecting with new people • Outgoing, proactive and confident in approaching others across channels (events, calls, email) • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win partnerships • High energy, driven and passionate about the influencer marketing space • Strong interest in nutrition, fitness and health • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus
