📋 Description

• Process faculty payments in coordination with the Finance department; • Plan, execute and monitor academic operations for postgraduate and technical courses, aligned with YDUQS institutional guidelines; • Prepare, register, validate, adjust and publish academic calendars; • Support course portfolio management, including registering new offerings, cleansing and updating information; • Plan class sections, open and remove course modules, and verify and validate academic data in the system; • Monitor performance indicators (enrollment, retention, dropout, academic performance and student satisfaction), preparing reports; • Act as a facilitator with academic units and administrative areas, ensuring integrated execution of academic and operational activities; • Contribute to the standardization, optimization and continuous improvement of processes, supporting academic innovation projects and the implementation of new methodologies; • Support the preparation of data and reports for regulatory processes with the Ministry of Education (MEC) and professional councils, when applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering or related fields); • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Good analytical skills and organizational abilities; • Preferred: Postgraduate degree in areas related to educational management.
