• Lead and participate in experience improvement projects and redesign of the student journey; • Work in multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions based on Customer Experience insights; • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and identify root causes and bottlenecks in the student journey; • Support the development and monitoring of action plans based on customer feedback; • Support impact analyses on students during change processes, integrations or new product launches; • Share best practices, conduct benchmarking and identify new tools and technologies related to Customer Experience; • Prepare reports and deliver presentations for reporting in executive forums.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields; • Advanced knowledge of Excel; • Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint; • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical sampling; • Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies; • Previous experience in Customer Experience, Customer/User Journey, Quality, Processes or related areas; • Desirable: familiarity with Office 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint); • Desirable: basic SQL knowledge for data extraction.
