📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls for residential HVAC service and maintenance • Schedule service appointments accurately using ServiceTitan • Respond promptly to website contact form inquiries • Communicate with customers through text messaging and ServiceTitan Chat • Return overnight answering service calls • Make outbound calls to existing customers during slower periods to help maintain a full service schedule • Educate homeowners on maintenance plans, available services, and current promotions • Maintain accurate customer records within ServiceTitan • Participate in daily team huddles • Complete end-of-day reporting • Deliver a professional, friendly, customer-first experience with every interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the home services industry • Experience using ServiceTitan is required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound customer calls • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team • Customer-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude • Residential HVAC customer service experience preferred • Call center or inside sales experience preferred • Experience scheduling residential HVAC maintenance and service appointments preferred
