📋 Description

• Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance across multiple client accounts • Conduct detailed phone and video interviews to assess experience, qualifications, reliability, and fit • Maintain organized recruiting pipelines, follow up consistently, and ensure candidates move through the hiring process quickly • Serve as a client-facing recruiting partner • Identify issues before they become problems and recommend solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients or U.S.-based hiring teams, including direct client-facing communication and relationship management • Experience managing multiple active requisitions simultaneously • Experience conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Valid NBI Clearance (required) • Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday • Reliable internet connection with backup contingency for power or internet interruptions
