📋 Description
• Source qualified candidates through leading job seeker platforms, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting channels. • Manually parse and transfer candidate information between applicant tracking systems and internal platforms while maintaining accuracy. • Assist the Support Team with sourcing projects, administrative tasks, and hiring initiatives as needed. • Review candidate information for completeness and accuracy while identifying inconsistencies or missing details. • Provide administrative support that helps recruiting teams maintain efficient workflows and positive candidate experiences.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive data entry with high accuracy • Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms is a plus • Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other online recruiting platforms is a plus • Strong organizational and time management skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with Google Docs, spreadsheets, and document management tools • Clear written communication and the ability to follow documented processes.
