📋 Description

• Execute Complex Deals including drafting and negotiating enterprise-level business development and commercial contracts • Own the Privacy Dimension of Every Deal • Pioneer AI & Data Licensing agreements • Provide Strategic Commercial Counsel applying deep commercial expertise • Enable Business Growth by actively balancing speed with risk • Proactive Deal Management and strong self-managing drive • Cross Functional Partnerships with other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and state bar membership in good standing • 8+ years of experience as an attorney (In-house counsel experience is a big plus) • Proven track record in complex technology transactions and business development at a very high level • Deep, Applied Privacy Expertise with hands-on experience with privacy and data-protection regimes • Extensive knowledge of SaaS contract law and IP law • Enough Technical Literacy to Spot the Risk • True Negotiation Skills (Not Just Review) • Strong work ethic, with a team player mentality and experience successfully working cross-functionally
