📋 Description

• Prepare accurate estimates and cost summaries to aid in securing new contracts and projects • Support the Design Director and Design Engineers • Estimate project costs • Create quotations using Simpro ERP software • Analyze project risks and write exclusions/notes for quotations • Input information into the CRM post-quoting • Attend client meetings in some instances via Teams/Zoom • Assist with project handover to the Ops Team • Provide overall support for the Design Director • Collaborate within the design and sales teams • Manage Simpro during early stages of projects, including invoicing design work and deposits and setting up variations • Perform basic analysis of contracts and collateral warranties • Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Some knowledge of contract law, and ability to do a basic review of legal contracts/documents • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook • Providing excellent customer care • Accurate working and clear communication
