📋 Description
• Own the full commercial revenue cycle for a growing joinery business • Identify and pursue tender opportunities in education, healthcare, hospitality, and premium residential sectors • Take off multi-trade scopes • Calculate precise project margins • Negotiate with tier-1 and tier-2 builders • Close signed contracts up to and exceeding $1M AUD in value
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of commercial joinery and shopfitting estimating experience • Proven track record independently pricing and winning multi-trade commercial projects averaging $1M+ AUD • Deep hands-on knowledge of pricing and sourcing joinery alongside metalwork, stone, upholstery, pinboards/whiteboards, and glass • Mastery of digital quantity takeoffs, digital overlays, and estimating markups using Bluebeam • Ability to manage builder relationships, negotiate prices, navigate RFIs, and secure signatures
