📋 Description

• Participate in a client team building innovative products • Design scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant architectures • Build and deliver digital solutions that provide long-term value • Build and maintain APIs and backend services, including SaaS platforms • Work with cloud environments and modern infrastructure • Apply modern deployment practices using Docker, containers, and Kubernetes • Implement testing strategies, including TDD, across the full system lifecycle • Optimize system performance • Use AI tools to augment engineering work where they add genuine value • Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented engineering environment • Complete interviews with a Talent Partner, Senior Developers, and Client Partner

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience, with Go as a primary or preferred language • Comfortable working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services, including SaaS platforms • Familiarity with modern infrastructure and distributed systems • Solid understanding of modern deployment practices, including Docker, containers, and Kubernetes • Strong background in testing strategies, including TDD, across the full system lifecycle • Focus on performance optimization • Ability to use AI tools with sound judgement to adopt emerging technologies where they add value • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement • Good written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts in business-friendly language • Detail-oriented • Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic technology choices • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Analytical and problem-solving-oriented • Genuine commitment to diversity and fairness • Must be based in the EU and work in the GMT timezone
